That first picture is entitled "What if Martha Plimpton were a cross-dressing 50 yr old man", isn't it?
Or "Thombeau: The Last Hurrah"
Or "Pearls Before Swine"!
Or "Truman Capote relaxes"! Jx

is that last image brassai? it seems to modern.... her face is too modern and the focus too clear...
Kathryn, you're absolutely correct! Turns out that last pic (which I've removed) was an homage to Brassai for a contemporary ad campaign! It was mislabeled, I was tired when I did the post...So, thanks for pointing this out!By the way, your paintings are beautiful.
